7 Sales Hacks to Help Maximize Selling Time

Sales reps don't spend all of their time on actual selling, as everyone would assume. Actually, they spend only 35% of their time doing "sales". Luckily, there are ways to help sales reps to maximize their time and do more of what they do best - sell your product or service.

Simplification, Automation, and Smart Use of Data with PandaDoc

The first thing that can be done is simplifying what needs to be tracked. Sales reps are often clustered with unnecessary data about their customers and entering all that data can take an enormous amount of time.


Second, use automation wherever you can. For example, if your sales reps are required to track interactions with clients, make all the necessary integrations to enable pulling emails that match customer's email address automatically, vs. needing a manual input.
