Jocko Willink and Leif Babin were members of the US Navy military elite (SEALs) during the battle of Ramadi in Iraq. They are also the authors of the book called Extreme Ownership, how US Navy SEALs lead and win, in which they share leadership concepts that are used within the US Navy SEALs.

Having to deal with highly stressful situations where even the most trivial mistakes could have life-threatening consequences, didn't require Navy SEALs to have only exceptional military experience, but serious leadership skills as well. These skills can be translated to any business domain.

Finding a key to great leadership is tough, but we can all start by learning from these brave man and women. Read about 12 leadership lessons taken from the Jocko and Leif's book in Inc.com article here.
